The softwareArea by area,
Area by area,
what is inside.
This page is an inventory, not a showcase. It says what the software does today. Where something has a limit, the limit is written next to it in grey: we would rather you found it here than in January.
🧑🤝🧑
Customers and families
- Adults and minors, with linked guardians
- Import of customer records from your current software, with a guided procedure
- The tax code shown when you pick a person, so two namesakes don’t get mixed up
- Where the customer came from — hotel, word of mouth, website
- Consents with the full history, withdrawal included
🗓️
Bookings and calendar
- Private lessons with durations, meeting points, rentals and extra services
- Instructor availability by season, by week and by day
- A double booking is refused by the database: it isn’t a warning, it’s a constraint
- Cancellations and refunds following the policies you set
👥
Group courses
- Courses, editions, groups, enrolments, daily sessions
- Beyond capacity the enrolment is refused by the database
- Whoever arrives at a full course isn’t turned away: they join the waiting list, and know their position
- If a seat frees up, the list moves on its own and the family gets the notice — once only
- You can hold a few seats back, and the course doesn’t show as sold out
- The office seats and the online seats are the same seats
- Awards and level progressions at the end of the course
🏷️
Price lists, pricing and discounts
- Price by season period, day of the week and time band
- And, if you switch them on: how close the lesson is, how full the course is, how many instructors are free
- The per-person scale: one hour alone 50, for two 65 — and two hours for two make 130, without redoing the maths
- A cap you decide, because five reasonable surcharges make ×2.28 and €120 becomes €274
- The screen shows where every euro of the final price comes from
- Discounts with stacking rules, gift vouchers, credit notes, customer wallet
- Every change to the rules is written down: who, when, what
💶
Till and payments
- Payments with the methods you configure
- Closing by operator and by method: the card terminal is counted separately from cash
- A box left empty reads «not counted», not «all fine»
- A float that carries to the next day, and correction of an already-closed till with a record of who touched it
- No euro outside a shift: the reconciliation tells you what was left out and why
- Online payment: the provider credentials belong to the school, the money lands in your account
- Refunds, customer credit and cancellation policies set by you
🧾
Invoices and documents
- Invoices numbered with a yearly series, PDF frozen at issue
- Credit notes to correct, without touching the number already issued
- Downloadable FatturaPA XML for the accountant
- Filing with the exchange system and legal archiving stay with your accountant, as they do today
📝
Quotes
- For private lessons and for group courses
- Sent by email to the customer or the hotel, with links to accept, decline or pay
- While the customer decides, the slot stays on hold: nobody else sells it
- What the customer accepts becomes a booking, without retyping anything
- Expiry dates, a timeline of what happened, and the seat that frees itself if the quote lapses
📱
The instructor app
- Attendance and moving a pupil between groups
- Assessment quiz and digital report card the family receives
- Permission light next to every pupil; without permission it won’t upload
- Chat with the office, the hotel account, their own calendar
🏁
Races
- The race is built from the course groups, without retyping the entrants
- Bibs assigned by level and by group, with the start order
- You declare the bibs you have lost and the numbering skips them: 1, 2, 4, 5 — so the sheet matches the real bibs
- Times, retirements and disqualifications, results by level and by group
- Printable start sheet, and results frozen when you close them
🏠
The family portal
- Bookings, notifications, the children, the photos, the report card
- The consents given, with withdrawal one tap away
- Download all of their own data without asking the office
- Book again from there
🌐
The school website and online sales
- Public website with courses, private lessons, instructors, prices, contacts
- The customer buys without signing up, and the slot is genuinely held
- The online slots come from the same engine as the internal calendar
- The school’s privacy, terms and cookie pages
🤖
Mamy, the assistant
- On the school website: it answers with the real free seats and the school’s documents, and quotes the source
- When it doesn’t know, it hands over to a person: queue, status, notification
- Inside the software: it proposes, and waits for your touch
- In the family portal: it answers only about that family’s data
- It can be embedded in the website the school already has, and renamed
- What you write to us trains nothing: your data stays yours
📣
Campaigns and automations
- Messages to families in four steps, with reusable templates
- The real recipient count before pressing send
- «Send it to me first», to read it as a parent receives it
- Send now or scheduled, with the real outcome of how many arrived
- Eleven ready automations to switch on: «skiing tomorrow», «lesson cancelled», «report card ready», «new photos», «balance due», «you’re in from the waiting list», «lifts closed»…
- They are tested with nothing sent before switching on, and you see who would have received it
- Sending a campaign and switching on an automation are two different permissions: the second runs on its own all season
✈️
Telegram cockpit and chat
- Thirteen commands: the day, the agenda, the till, a customer search
- And three that actually write: you book, take payment, send a quote — with the same price list, the same numbering and the same anti-duplicate block as the main software
- You connect by scanning a QR code: no extra app to have installed
- Whoever cannot see the till from the computer cannot see it here either
- The notices that matter arrive in the chat: booking from the website, quote accepted, course nearly full, a request to speak to a person
- And inside the software, the chat between director, office and instructors
📡
Proximity
- A sticker on the sign at the meeting point: the parent holds their phone close and sees the course
- No app to install, no permission to grant
- And a QR code for older phones
🎧
Support
- When Mamy doesn’t know, the request enters a real queue
- Who is waiting, for how long, who picked it up
- You reply from there, and the conversation closes
🏨
Hotels and properties
- Every property is a profit centre: its own account, its own contact
- Where the customers come from, and what each property returned
- The hotel instructor works from an app that is already theirs
📈
Statistics
- Eleven views: revenue, instructors, customers, group courses, till, operations, private lessons, attribution, online sales, reconciliation
- Comparison with last year, and a period you choose
- Export to CSV and to PDF
- And how much you are using the assistant, so you know what it costs you
🔑
Who sees what
- Permissions are per person, not per role label
- One person can be office staff and instructor
- As far as «this instructor sees only their own lessons»
- Hiding a menu entry isn’t enough: the server refuses too
Sold separately
Two modules not every school wants.
They are paid for separately: whoever doesn’t use them doesn’t pay for them.
